Points Opportunity



Dr. Aaron Belcher, Rebecca Rehg, and Chris Hisle provided a lot of helpful information about "Exercise for Beginners".  If you were not able to attend the February 18th meeting, or maybe just need a refresher, please take some time to watch the video and download the materials they provided.

Now it's time to test your knowledge!

What is the first thing you must do during your workout?  (Hint: This helps prepare your body and prevent injuries).
