Points Opportunity!
Richard Heuer, M.D., from Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates of Lake Cumberland, offered a lot of helpful information about why losing weight is so important to heart health. If you were not able to attend the February 4th meeting, or maybe just need a refresher, please take some time to watch the video and review the materials he provided.
Now it's time to test your knowledge!
What percent of your body weight is recommended as moderate weight loss in order to reduce your risk of heart disease and improve overall health?
Post your answer as a comment before the weekly meeting on March 4 and earn 1 point if you're correct!
