The speaker for Monday, February 4, will be Richard Heuer, M.D., Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon. Dr. Heuer's program, "HEART-y" will focus on the effects of being overweight on your heart and vascular systems. He will also share his personal experience and improved health status after losing more than 50 pounds.
Please make plans to attend each Monday evening. Weigh-ins will begin at 4:45 pm with the program following at 5:30 pm in the Conference Centers on the basement level of Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
