ReplyDeleteSorry to have mised the meeting last night, but hopefully next week I will be there. I have started exerciseing at home, and hope to be able to start walking at Rocky Hollow this week.
ReplyDeleteFirst week was a huge success for me. I haven't weighed in, nor do I plan to. Sometimes when I diet I will lose a few pounds and then plateau which discourages me to continue with the diet and exercise. I am eating healthier and exercising now, all thanks to this program. So thank you all for hosting this contest!!! Gives us all something to work for!!
