This year we've added some exciting incentives to participate as part of a team! So, grab your friends, co-workers, or church members and join the fun!

We'll award prizes at the end of the contest for:

• The team who has the most members finish and attend the final weigh-in.
• The team who finishes with the highest percent of combined weight loss of it's finishing team members.
