Don't Forget!


This week’s program features one of the POP community partners, J. R. Smith, medical exercise specialist and owner of Fit Maxx Functional Fitness and The Wellness Clinic.  Smith’s program, “Doing What’s Not Been Done” will focus on a new start for POP participants and will help them to create a balance in life with exercise/strength training, good nutrition, and S.M.A.R.T. planning.  He will discuss how to set doable goals and plan for success in the POP program.
