Please visit Somerset Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce website to fill out the digital registration form and to pay the $10 non-refundable deposit via PayPal (your registration will not be considered complete until the deposit is received). You may also print the form and mail, along with payment, to the Somerset Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce.
Helpful tips:
- The Somerset Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce website will open in a new window. Keep this page open to easily click their link again if the "back" button on your browser will not allow you to return to their homepage after completing the Registration Packet.
- Please complete both pages of the Registration Packet. Page 1 is the application and page 2 is a photo consent form.
- When you click "Submit" on the Registration Packet, you will see a pop-up window. If you use web-based email, such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc., you will need too select "Internet Email" and click "OK". If you use an application on your computer, such as Outlook, to access email then choose "Desktop Email Application" and click "OK".
- If you choose "Internet Email" it will save the completed application to your desktop so you can attach it to an email and return to Crystal.Cox@lpnt.net
